Students Are Blooming Their Way To The Top! We have sprung forward and are heading towards the finish line! The students are gearing up for the 4th Quarter and I am excited to see how they will rise to the top! Please continue to encourage your student to do their best. This time of the year, students excitement to move on to the next season of their educational career sometimes over shadows the importance of doing well in their classes. Please help me to show them the way to the top!
FCAT is scheduled to take place during the week of April 15th. Please look for more information as the date approaches. In the meantime, please have your child visit www.fcatexplorer.com to practice FCAT related test items to help them prepare for this standardized state test. They have been given usernames and passwords in their math classes.
The ALGEBRA 1 EOC (End of Course State Exam) is scheduled for May 14. Please have your students visit www.algebranation.com for videos and practice study guides to help them prepare them for this high stakes exam.

Parents and students are always seeking help in different areas and in different ways. Besides face to face tutoring, there are a multitude of resources via the web to help motivate and improve your student skills in all aspects of math. I have listed quite of few in the resource section of this website. Many of you own a tablet or iPad and there are tons (yes tons) of free apps available to help you. Students love technology parents so get them involved at home!
